Normally you go to a bakery and the cakes look beautiful in the showcase windows, and your cake order is stunning, however when you cut into the cake to eat it, it is dry, crumbles, hard, lacks taste - just not very good for the costs. On the other hand, you have other cake decorators whose cakes do not look that good at all, but they taste very good. Tracey just has the total package - her cakes look stunning and they taste delicious! I first had some of Tracey's cake at a wedding a few years ago, and immediately sought her information out, and have used her multiple times since.
